1. Refund period

1.1 The Buyer may return the Goods within 7 days of receipt of the Goods if the Buyer has received the Goods and notices any discrepancies.

2. Reasons for return

2.1 Goods may be returned in the following cases:

• 1.2.1. where the goods have been sent incorrect or faulty;
• 1.2.2. where the quality of the goods does not meet the customer’s expectations (this applies only to small orders, e.g. 1-2 boxes. This does not apply to larger orders).

3. Return policy

3.1 The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused

4. Returns costs

4.1 The Buyer shall bear the costs of return in the event that the goods ordered are not suitable.

4.2 The Seller shall bear the cost of shipping in the event that the goods have been damaged during shipment or misdelivered.

5. Proof of return

5.1 The Buyer must provide the Seller with visual evidence of the goods.

*We do not take responsibility for the quality of the products as we are only resellers. If the products are used for their intended purpose and defects or other problems arise, we may refer you to our supplier from whom we source the fasteners. The products must be used for their intended purpose, otherwise the warranty is void.
