1. Delivery time

1.1. Items ordered for the first time and in stock are delivered within 14 working days.

1.2. After the first order, after coordination with the customer, the delivery time of stored goods is shortened:

• 1.2.1. Up to 5 working days (for delivery abroad);
• 1.2.2. Up to 1-2 working days (delivery in Lithuania).

2. Items not in stock

2.1. If the product is not in stock, please contact us by e-mail. by mail, and our team will confirm the possible delivery time.

3. Free shipping

3.1. Free shipping applies to orders over EUR 1000.

4. Order Processing

4.1. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

5. Customs duties and taxes

5.1. Goods that are delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges will be applied when the shipment reaches the recipient’s country. All additional taxes and costs of customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.
