1. General provisions

  1. 1.1 This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the ” Policy“) governs the principles of the processing of personal data by MB “Damanus”, legal entity code 306271716 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “Company”), when you visit or purchase goods on our website https://damanus.eu (hereinafter referred to as the ” Site“).
  2. 1.2 We aim to ensure that purchasers of our goods, visitors to the Website and other persons whose personal data we process have full confidence in the Company and are transparently informed about how we process their data.
  3. 1.3 This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”, ” GDPR“), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (” LDPD“), and other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania. The terms used in the Policy shall be understood as defined in the GDPR and the DPAA.

3. Processing of personal data for the purposes of providing goods/services

  3. 3.3 Legal grounds for processing personal data: the conclusion and performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation imposed on the Company to properly record transactions, the Company’s legitimate interest in providing services to its customers.
  4. 3.4 Your personal data may be transferred to third parties (e.g. to a transport company for the purpose of delivering goods) if this is necessary for the performance of contracts.

4. Sending newsletters

  1. 4.1 After you have given your consent, we will send newsletters to the email address you have provided.

  1. 5.1 By using the Website, you have the opportunity to create your shopping cart and send the corresponding request to the Company. The Company’s manager will contact you about the terms and conditions of delivery of the goods upon seeing your request.

12. Final provisions

  1. 12.1 If the Company receives excess Personal Data from you or any other data source, it shall destroy and not further process it, without accepting any liability for compliance with Data minimisation, purpose limitation and other principles relating to the processing of personal data.
  2. 12.2 The legal relations relating to this Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
  3. 12.3 Amendments or changes to the Policy shall come into force from the date of their publication on the Website.
